Ym-marketplace Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Ym-marketplace (“Ym-marketplace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“user”, “you”, or “your”).

1. Modification of Terms
Ym-marketplace reserves the right to modify any or all parts of these Terms at any time,at our sole discretion. Updates will take effect once posted on www.ym-marketplace.com.ng. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Our services are only available to individuals who are18 years of age or older. By using Ym-marketplace, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately.

3. Accounts & Security

· You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
· You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
· Creation of multiple accounts to bypass bans, manipulate reviews, or misuse services is prohibited and will result in permanent termination.
· You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

· Listing or selling fake, bot-generated, or otherwise fraudulent social media accounts.
· Misrepresenting the details of an account (e.g., follower count, engagement rate, age).
· Violating the terms of service of any social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
· Using our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including fraud, phishing, or money laundering.
· Harassing other users or our support staff.
· Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Ym-marketplace website.

5. Purchases, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

· Payments may be made through approved methods listed on our website.
· All sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
· Review Window Policy: You must check and confirm your purchased account(s) within 24 hours of delivery. If no issue is reported within this time, the account is considered accepted and no refund or replacement will be issued.
· Users who cancel services voluntarily are not entitled to a refund.
· We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect wallets, accounts, or unauthorized third parties imitating Ym-marketplace.

6. Delivery of Services

· Services are delivered digitally after successful payment and verification. No physical products are provided.
· In case of delivery issues, users must contact support via the provided channels.
· Ym-marketplace is a marketplace and not the direct seller. We are not responsible for delays caused by vendors, but we will assist in facilitating communication.
· Ym-marketplace is not responsible for restrictions or bans placed by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) after account transfer.

7. Account Ownership & Usage of Purchased Accounts

· Purchased accounts are transferred securely to you by the vendor; however, Ym-marketplace cannot guarantee that platforms will not update their terms or restrict transferred accounts in the future.
· You assume full responsibility for the use of any account after transfer.
· Ym-marketplace is not liable for suspension, banning, or loss of accounts due to violations of third-party platform policies.

8. Vendor-Specific Terms

· Accurate Listings: You warrant that all information provided about your social media accounts is accurate, truthful, and complete.
· Lawful Ownership: You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the account you are selling and have the full right and authority to transfer it to a buyer.
· Prompt Delivery: Upon successful payment, you are obligated to transfer the full access (login credentials, associated email, etc.) of the social media account to the buyer promptly.
· Fees: You agree to pay Ym-marketplace a commission fee on each successful sale, as detailed on the Service.
· Prohibited Listings: You must not list accounts that are involved in or promote hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, or infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property
All content,branding, logos, designs, text, and media on www.ym-marketplace.com.ng are the exclusive property of Ym-marketplace and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Warranties Disclaimer
Ym-marketplace provides services”as is” and makes no guarantees that:

· Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
· Purchased accounts will retain specific metrics (followers, likes, engagement) indefinitely, as these are controlled by third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to modify,suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,Ym-marketplace shall not be held liable for:

· Losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
· Account bans, suspensions, or restrictions by third-party platforms.
· Disputes between buyers and vendors.
· Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data.
· Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution (Buyer & Vendor)
Any disputes arising between a buyer and a vendor will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties.If unresolved, the dispute should be brought to our support team for mediation. Ym-marketplace’s decision in mediation is final.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of theFederal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
